Refund Policy

LazyCredits are purely operational tokens for software features, hold no independent cash value, and are strictly non-refundable.

This policy covers refunds for LazyRelay plans (Free, Pay-as-you-go, Growth and Pro) and credit packs. All prices are in USD, plus tax. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record.

All purchases are non-refundable

All purchases, credit packages and subscription cycles are strictly non-refundable. This covers Pay-as-you-go, every credit pack, and every Growth and Pro billing cycle. We don't refund the unused portion of a partly used billing period, and we don't refund a purchase because you changed your mind.

Except as required under local consumer protection laws or our payment processor's mandatory terms.

Cancelling your plan

Cancel any time from the Billing tab of your dashboard (under More in the top nav). Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
